This activity creates a suite of ready-to-use Open Education Resources (OERs) tailored for VET educators and food SMEs. These include lesson plans, case studies, and multimedia content designed to foster innovation, entrepreneurial skills, and sustainability practices. The OERs aim to bridge knowledge gaps, promote inclusion, and prepare educators to train the next generation of plant-based food innovators.

This activity delivers an accessible, self-paced online course for SMEs, complemented by an interactive learner's workbook. The course equips SME owners and employees with practical skills in product innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
