Welcome to the Plant Power Open Educational Resources for Plant-Based Innovation

The Plant Power project aims to provide open access, learning materials designed to  help educators, trainers and food businesses build the skills needed to develop innovative, sustainable plant-based food products.

These Open Educational Resources (OERs) were created to support Vocational Education and Training (VET) and higher education, while responding to the real needs of Food SMEs and the challenges facing today’s food system from changing consumer demands to climate action and digital transformation.

A Trainers Guidebook

Discover modern, flexible teaching approaches that work in face-to-face, hybrid, and online settings. The guide helps educators build entrepreneurial thinking, sustainability awareness, and climate action skills in their classrooms.

The Plant-Based Innovation Course

A modular course made up of six carefully designed learning modules. Each module includes lesson plans, real-world case studies, videos, and practical activities to support food professionals in developing new plant-based products.
